Job description:
According to the Work Regulations for Employees of UJEP – Rector’s Directive No. 2/2019
Supervision of bachelor’s and master’s theses, project and publication activities. Willingness and ability to take responsibility for (guarantee) the study programme Critical Humanities Studies.
Qualification requirements:
- Completed habilitation procedure (or near completion) and a перспективе in science and research
- Creative thinking and ability to work systematically and in a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to teach and publish in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Attention to detail and flexibility
- Clean criminal record
Workload: 100% with the prospect of a permanent contract
Expected start date: September 2026
Place of work: Faculty of Arts, UJEP

Information about the selection procedure and selection criteria:
The first round of the selection procedure will consist of an assessment of submitted materials (by May 10, 2026), which must be included in the application. A second round may consist of personal interviews with selected candidates. The expected interview period is May 2026. All applicants will be informed of the results no later than 10 working days after the end of the selection procedure. Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with the selection procedure. The Dean reserves the right to cancel the selection procedure.
