The Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem announces a selection procedure for the position of academic staff member.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree (Ing.) in technical sciences with a focus on energy engineering.
- Professional experience in the field of energy systems and research projects.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Czech at level C1 (required for collaboration on implementing R&D results into Czech-language teaching).
Job Description:
- Responsible for the professional preparation and implementation of technical solutions in the field of Power-to-X (P2X) systems within the GET project.
- Coordination of activities related to implementation preparation – cooperation with the investment department team and other project partners.
- Participation in the creation of technical specifications, analyses, and designs of equipment or systems ensuring the efficient operation of P2X technologies.
- Active participation in professional consultations, meetings, and evaluations of technical solutions.
- Support for research and development activities in the areas of decarbonization and integration of renewable energy sources, cooperation on publications, and participation in conferences.
- Contribution to the processing of research results and their integration into teaching in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
- Delivers professional lectures and seminars at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.
Workload: 20–100% (within the GET Centre UJEP project)
