The Director of the Dormitory and Canteen Administration of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem announces a selection procedure for the position of Head of the Accommodation Department of SKM.

Job description/duties:
- Responsible for the activities of the accommodation department; organizes, plans, manages, and supervises the work of subordinate employees
- Manages the electronic accommodation agenda using the relevant software and cooperates with its provider as needed
- Prepares the accommodation schedule, price lists for dormitory fees and services, documents for the UJEP legal department (debt collection), and handles violations committed by residents
- Ensures accommodation for international students, cooperates with the UJEP External Relations Department and the Czech Republic Foreign Police
- Communicates with event organizers, tenants of campus premises, and participates in dormitory council meetings
- Ensures personal protective equipment, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and office supplies for SKM
- Prepares the procurement and renewal plan for dormitory equipment, participates in the repair and investment plan, and in the preparation of public contracts

Information on the selection procedure and selection criteria:
The selection procedure will consist of the first round—evaluation of submitted materials that must be included in the application—and, if necessary, a second round—personal interviews with selected applicants. All applicants will be informed of the results no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the selection procedure.
