UJEP selection procedures
Selection procedures are a tool for ensuring openness, transparency, and quality in filling positions at the university. The goal is for each position to be offered fairly, in accordance with legal regulations and internal rules.
The basic principles include public announcement of the position, equal conditions for all applicants, a documented and verifiable procedure, and selection of the most suitable candidate based on qualifications and competencies.
On this page, you will find currently advertised positions. Detailed rules are set out in Methodological Guideline No. 1/2021 of the Vice-Rector for Development and Quality – Methodology for Selection Procedures.
