The Dean of the Faculty of Education of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem announces an external selection procedure for the position of an academic staff member at the Department of Psychology.

Job Description / Duties:
The successful candidate is expected to teach and guarantee courses primarily in the field of psychology, supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses, engage in research and intensive publication activities, and possibly contribute to the development of international activities and projects in the field of psychology.
Qualification Requirements:
- University degree in Psychology
- Completed or ongoing doctoral studies (Ph.D.), or ongoing/completed habilitation or professorial appointment procedure in the field of psychology
Employment Scope:

50–100% of the statutory working hours

The selection procedure will take place in person. The applicant will briefly present their professional background and outline their vision in the event of employment at the department. The selection will be based on the applicant’s academic qualifications and/or creative output, as well as the presentation of their vision for their work at the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Education, UJEP.
